Peter HARRISON HARRISON, Peter Arthur Edward 1932 - 2018 Born in Truro, Nova Scotia, November 13, 1932, son of James and Mary Harrison. Mr. Harrison passed away at the Magog Hospital, August 21, 2018. Peter is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carolyne Laverock Honey, his son Christopher and was predeceased by his daughter Hilary.

He was a graduate of the first class of the Collège Militaire Royal de Saint-Jean, the Royal Military College at Kingston, and the British Steff College, Camberly, U.K. After graduation, he joined the Royal Canadian Regiment in London, Ontario.

His military career involved teaching in ACCRA, at the Ghanaian Military Academy, serving in Cyprus with the United Nation Peace Keeping force, and several tours in Soest, West Germany, as well as postings to St-Hubert and London, Ontario.

Peter spent his retirement in Montreal and at his summer home in North-Hatley. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed tennis and sailing in the summer months and skiing in the winter.

The funeral service will be held at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 640 Chemin Sherbrooke, North Hatley, QC, Tuesday August 28 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to L'Abri en Ville, 2352, Duvernay Street, Montreal, Quebec, H3J 2X1, would be greatly appreciated.
